We ordered this for our office and I reached out because we needed help getting it installed. the support was frustrating. Every email felt like it was written by a robot, and they just kept sending me in circles instead of actually answering the question. Nobody seemed to understand what I needed, and it dragged on way longer than it should have. I eventually figured it out myself, but the whole thing was way more hassle than it was worth.

"Return policy wasn’t worth the hassle"
I ordered a few office chairs from Wayfair Supply and ended up needing to send one back. The return window itself was fine, so it’s not even about that, I just didn’t realize the return shipping would be taken out of my refund until I was already dealing with it.
Customer service did respond, but I felt like I had to dig around to figure out what the return was actually going to cost me. The site isn’t terrible or anything, but returns should feel a lot more straightforward than this.

I ordered from here not long ago, the refund process really put me off. It took weeks to get my money back, and since that’s the most recent thing I remember about shopping here, I don’t feel like ordering again anytime soon

"Got the wrong items in my order"
I ordered 4 office chairs, but when the delivery showed up, I only got 2 chairs and a set of random table legs. I contacted customer service right away, but they just kept asking me to send more photos instead of actually fixing the issue. It’s been a week now and I still don’t have what I paid for. this has been frustrating, and at this point I’d expect at least an apology along with a proper resolution.

"Not gonna lie, trying to place a tax-exempt..."
Not gonna lie, trying to place a tax-exempt order was way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. I uploaded my certificate, but still got charged tax anyway. When I contacted support, they just told me to wait and try again, which didn’t really help. The refund took forever, and it felt like no one really knew what was going on. i wouldn’t want to deal with it again.
"Not sure what happened to the packaging"
The box showed up completely smashed, and I’m a bit confused about how it got delivered like that. Luckily I checked it right away, but the packaging was in really rough shape.

"Invoice totals didn’t add up"
My invoice showed a different amount than I was expecting, and the billing just didn’t make sense. I ended up having to chase them down myself to get any answers, which was really frustrating. i felt kind of stupid for trusting everything would be handled properly. It made the whole order way more stressful than it should’ve been.

I ordered it expecting it quick. Nope. It just sat there for days. Hardly any updates. By the time it finally showed up, I didn’t even need it anymore.

Setting up the account was fine at first, so I figured everything would be straightforward. But when I needed to change some details, it took way longer than it should have and ended up being really frustrating. i felt kind of stupid for trusting them to make the process easy.

"Am I missing something with the business pricing?"
We signed up for the business pricing thinking it would help us cut costs on our small office orders, but I didn’t notice much of a difference. Am I missing something? Some items were still cheaper elsewhere, and the discounts seemed kind of hit or miss. For the extra hassle, it just didn’t feel worth it for us.

"Warranty Help Was a Total Waste!!!"
I bought a desk from Wayfair Supply and after just a few months, one of the parts cracked!!! I figured the warranty would cover it, but nope, it turned into this annoying back-and-forth with emails asking me for the same info over and over again!!! Nobody gave me a real answer, it was just delays and more delays!!! I finally gave up and bought the replacement part myself. Definitely not ordering from them again!!!

Putting this together took way longer than I expected and the instructions were not very helpful. I kept having to stop and figure things out on my own which got frustrating.

My freight delivery showed up late, and when it finally arrived, the shipment was damaged. I tried reaching out for help, but the email responses felt like they were coming from robots just sending canned replies instead of actually addressing the problem. Frustrating experience overall

I was just trying to find a basic office chair, and maybe I’m being impatient because I was already tired after work, but the search filters were really frustrating. I kept selecting what I wanted, and the results still showed a bunch of stuff that didn’t match. The search felt all over the place, and after spending more time than I meant to, I just gave up.

I thought I knew what I was getting because of the photos, but the item looked different when it arrived. The color was off and the size wasn’t what I expected, so it felt like they sent me the wrong thing.

Support did eventually sort the issue out, so I’ll give them that. But reading between the lines, it felt like it wasn’t really a priority until much later than it should’ve been. I’m glad it’s fixed now, but the wait was frustrating

"Bulk order was decent, but a bit messy"
I ordered 40 office chairs, and overall it was okay, just not super smooth. The delivery ended up coming in two separate batches, which was fine, but the tracking got confusing along the way. Support was decent and helped enough, but I definitely wish the whole bulk order process had been a little easier. Prices were fair though, so that part was good.

I’ve used Wayfair Supply a handful of times for office items, and for the most part it’s been fine. Most of my orders arrived without any issues, but one was late and the tracking just sat there for days with no updates. Customer service did get back to me, though it wasn’t exactly fast. Overall, it’s decent and probably better than some other options, but... I wouldn’t rely on it for anything I needed right away.

"Missing pieces and a support runaround"
I ordered a desk from wayfairsupply.com and when it showed up the box looked totally fine, but once I started unpacking it I realized some screws were missing and one of the brackets wasn’t in there at all so I’m guessing it was just packed that way, then I tried reaching out to support and kept getting passed from one person to another without any real fix, and now the desk is still sitting there half useless because I can’t even put it together, just a frustrating waste of time and I don’t think I’ll order from them again
